About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.

Own campaign budgets and optimize ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.

Develop audience, creative, remarketing, and funnel strategies.

Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

Work with creative, sales, product,



and content teams to improve campaign performance.

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights.
