Key Responsibilities:

- Surveillance and Monitoring: Continuously watch over the premises using security systems to ensure safety and security.

- Access Control: Manage entry and exit of personnel and visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals may enter the premises.

- Incident Management: Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies, investigating incidents and preparing appropriate reports.

- Team Supervision: Lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance and direction to enhance team performance and efficiency.

- Safety Protocol Implementation: Develop and enforce safety protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills and Expectations:
