Job Title : After Sales Service Manager
Qualification ; .//Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Production preferred).
Experience : 4-10 years relevant experience; railways exposure is a robust advantage.
Salary ; to Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
1 ) Manage and monitor Pan-India service/field teams.
2) Handle railway complaints, SLA, portal compliance, and timely closure.
3) Coordinate manpower, spares, service activities, and customer requirements.
4) Monitor service performance through app, MIS, and Excel dashboards.
5) Coordinate RCA/CAPA and service documentation.
6) Liaise with railway officials and workshop teams.
Mandatory Requirement:




Candidates must be currently working in Railways as an After-Sales Manager / Service Manager handling complaint monitoring.

Administration job and there is no travel expected . Travel heavy role also available.
