We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and be ready to contribute to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the complete recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract the right talent for our needs.

- Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to enhance employee morale, ensuring a positive workplace culture and promoting employee retention.

- Performance Management: Assist in the performance evaluation process by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback to employees, and helping set performance goals.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to help employees develop their skills and enhance their performance.

- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while educating employees about HR practices and guiding them through any HR-related issues.
