About the Company

ADM Business Partner is currently working on an ongoing project in the meeting and workspace segment, focused on building a network of partner venues across Delhi-NCR.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to support our Business Development and Venue Acquisition activities for this project.

About the Internship

As a Business Development (Venue Acquisition) Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential venues, connecting with venue owners/managers, explaining the partnership opportunity, and supporting the successful onboarding of suitable venues.

This is a hands-on business development role involving both communication and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential venues such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, coworking spaces and meeting spaces.

Research and create a database of potential venue partners in assigned areas.

Contact venue owners/managers through calls, WhatsApp and direct visits.

Introduce the project and explain the advantages of becoming a partner.





Build and maintain relationships with venue owners and decision-makers.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful onboardings.

Collect required venue information and coordinate the onboarding process with the internal team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and onboarded venues.

Conduct basic market research to identify new venue opportunities.

Work towards assigned weekly/monthly venue acquisition targets.

Who Can Apply?

Students pursuing or recently graduated from BBA, , MBA, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or related fields.
