As a Receptionist Computer Operator, you will be a key part of our front office team, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. You will handle both administrative tasks and customer interactions in a skilled manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.

- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and guiding them according to their needs.

- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s computer systems, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.

- Managing Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff, maintaining an updated calendar to avoid conflicts.

- Handling Correspondence: Assist in managing emails and physical mail, prioritizing correspondence based on urgency and relevance.
