Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Drive sales initiatives within the zone to achieve revenue targets. You will analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.

- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations across various branches in your zone, identifying areas for improvement in processes and efficiency.

- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess team performance and sales outcomes to understand what is working and what needs adjustment, helping to refine strategies for better results.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align on objectives,

- Market Research: Conduct research on market conditions and competitors to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
