Key Responsibilities:

- Install and Configure Hardware: Set up computers, servers, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance for all users.

- Monitor System Performance: Assess hardware and network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary upgrades.

- Provide Technical Support: Assist colleagues with hardware or network issues by troubleshooting problems and offering solutions in a timely manner.

- Document Processes: Keep accurate records of hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts is essential.



Familiarity with Ethernet and wireless technologies is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address technical issues as they arise.
