nJob Description:
nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Tester with solid expertise in Workday Payroll and Bswift integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating Workday business processes, compensation, payroll, benefits integrations (especially Bswift), and compliance with US payroll standards.

nResponsibilities:

- n
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Payroll, Benefits based on business and functional requirements.n
- Perform detailed payroll testing, including earnings, deductions, gross-to-net calculations, tax setup, and bank file validation.n
- Validate Bswift benefits enrollment workflows, eligibility rules, and data exchange (PECI/EIB) between Workday and Bswift.n
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the Workday Payroll and Benefits.n




- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability.n
- Track and report defects using tools such as SmartSheets, JIRA or Servicenow and collaborate with developers and functional analysts to resolve issues.n
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) to streamline the testing process and increase test coverage.n
- Validate EIBs, integrations, and reports between Workday and Bswiftn
- Document test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts to maintain thorough documentation and ensure traceability throughout the testing process.n
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.n
