Mandatory Skills Description:
2+ years of experience in RPA development
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub & SN Desktop Design Studio
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform and scripting (JavaScript)
Knowledge of version control tools (Git preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
