This position is a Sales and Marketing Specialist role at SGT AGENCIES a Pharma Wholesale Distributor located in Dharmapuri, India. This is a full time hybrid role located in Dharmapuri with the prospect to work some days from home. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to help increase revenue and brand awareness.
Some responsibilities include conducting market research and developing customer profiles, developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and experience with data analysis tools
Experience with marketing and sales software and tools, such as Salesforce, Google Ads, and Marketo
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
