Job Position: Service Now Developer ITSM

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service . Management solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with ITSM modules and Service Now development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer
Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform Service Now upgrades, patches, and application enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Required Skills:
Solid hands-on experience in Service Now ITSM
