About the Role

/n

Xtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Achieve sales and revenue targets through current business development and key account management.

/n
Identify and acquire recent enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.

/n
Drive large and strategic deal closures.

/n
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.

/n
Conduct regular client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.

/n
Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.

/n
Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.

/n
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

/n




Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.

/n

Preferred Candidate Profile

/n

/n
8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management .

/n
Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.

/n
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.

/n
Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail .

/n
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

/n
Highly driven with robust ownership and a result-oriented approach.

/n
Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.

/n
