Now Via is looking for an experienced Service Now ITAM Senior Developer to join our growing Service Now practice.

If you have robust expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) and enjoy working on enterprise-grade Service Now implementations, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: PAN India

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

-> Design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions on the Service Now platform.

-> Work extensively on HAM & SAM modules to optimize the complete asset lifecycle.

-> Configure and customize Service Now to support asset tracking, compliance, and governance processes.

-> Integrate ITAM solutions with ITSM and other Service Now modules.

-> Ensure compliance with software licensing, vendor agreements, and asset governance policies.

-> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

-> Provide technical leadership, guidance,



and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

-> 5+ years of experience in Service Now platform development.

-> Strong hands-on expertise in ITAM modules, especially HAM and SAM.

-> Good understanding of CMDB, asset lifecycle management, and Service Now best practices.

-> Experience with scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.

-> Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.

-> Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
