JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust exposure to real estate and construction projects, particularly in civil works and finishing activities. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, and timely completion while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and monitor real estate/construction projects from start to completion.
Manage civil and finishing works, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
Prepare, review, and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Read technical/architectural drawings and, if necessary, make drawings.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and project status updates.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal execution teams.
Monitor project schedules, resources, costs, and overall progress.
Identify potential project risks/issues and implement timely resolutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards.




Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Project Management within Real Estate or Construction.
Solid background in civil and finishing works execution.
Experience in wet finishes (stone, tiling, painting, false ceiling), civil works, or fabrication (SS & MS) (experience in all is not mandatory).
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and creating/modifying drawings when required.
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and accurate cost estimation.
Demonstrated knowledge of project planning, execution, coordination, and DPR preparation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously and deliver projects within strict timelines.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
Relevant degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
