Key Responsibilities
Underwrite CV & Construction Equipment loan proposals as per credit policy and risk guidelines.
Analyze financial statements and assess repayment capacity of corporates, partnerships, and other business entities.
Prepare credit appraisal/recommendation notes in line with defined processes.
Monitor portfolio performance, asset quality, and delinquency levels.
Ensure compliance with credit policy, audit, and process requirements.
Coordinate with business and internal teams to ensure timely TATs.
Prepare and submit MIS and portfolio review reports.
Manage and guide a team of credit analysts/underwriters.

Key Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle (CV) & Construction Equipment (CE) lending and asset viability.
Strong financial statement analysis and income assessment skills.
Positive understanding of credit policies, processes, and risk management.
Solid analytical, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
