About the Role

Infojini Inc. is looking for experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. We are seeking professionals with solid expertise in recruiting Nursing and Allied Healthcare talent for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with healthcare staffing clients and be proficient in Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS.





• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.

• Proven experience recruiting for Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles, including but not limited to:

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• MRI Technologist

• CT Technologist

• X-Ray Technician

• Sonographer

• Social Worker

• Other Allied Healthcare professionals

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Nexus ATS and/or LaborEdge ATS.

• Solid understanding of the US healthcare staffing and recruitment lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
