: Billing Operator

Key Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices accurately using Marg software.
Maintain records of sales transactions and purchase entries.
Ensure timely billing and reconciliation of accounts.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.
Verify and update customer and vendor details in the system.
Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in stock and inventory management related to billing.

Requirements:
Prior experience in billing, accounting, or data entry is preferred.
Proficiency in Marg ERP software is a plus.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing compliance.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
