Nablasol is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Tax Analyst to prepare and review financial documents. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing and processing documents, understanding financial terms and compliance procedures, and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities
Review client financial documents; identify gaps and chase missing documents from clients.
Prepare financial worksheets based on the documents gathered from the clients.
Reconcile numbers, identify and fix discrepancies from documents to ensure correctness of data.
Understand clients’ financial situations and prepare recommendations for tax resolution prospects.
Log document status, outstanding items, and case progress in the case management tool.
Maintain a clean audit trail so every number in the financial package traces back to a source document.
Hand off the completed financial package once the file is document-complete and numbers are reconciled.

Skills




Experience with handling or managing financial documents such as pay stubs, bank statements, mortgage statements, credit card statements, business financials etc.
Working knowledge of financial and tax terminology.
Robust analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience
1 – 4 years of hands-on experience in US Tax or other Financial Services processing.
IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) or any other tax/compliance related qualifications preferred.
Those pursuing or semi-qualified CA are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience working with US-based clients, CPA firms, accounting firms, or tax outsourcing firms will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Taxation, or a related field.
