Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and US work authorization categories.

Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, availability, and work authorization.
Recruit candidates for various IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and other technologies.
Handle different US work authorization categories such as US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, OPT, and CPT.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.




Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
Experience working with job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skills.
Knowledge of US work authorization and employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Solid experience in sourcing and screening technical candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience with ATS/CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Vendors.
Strong understanding of US IT market trends.
Experience handling high-volume technical recruitment.
Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
