Role Description

The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support growth initiatives by identifying potential learners and partners, conducting basic market research, and assisting in lead generation activities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective customers, presenting Teknowgrade's programs, maintaining records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also involves preparing simple presentations, participating in promotional campaigns, and gathering feedback to improve outreach strategies. This is a full time,



in office role based in Bengaluru North, offering a fixed compensation of ₹20,000.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver simple Presentations.
Candidates should possess basic Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects and following up systematically.
Candidates should possess foundational Market Research skills, such as collecting and analyzing basic market and competitor data.
Candidates should ideally demonstrate customer service orientation, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; motivated fresh graduates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
Comfort with MS Office tools, online communication platforms, and willingness to learn CRM or sales tools will be beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
