Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Fund Raising & Investor Relations to drive fund raising, investor engagement, and strategic relationships across the HNI/UHNI and Family Office ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong investor/channel network and a proven track record of AUM mobilization.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage solid relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, Family Offices, and wealth management firms.
Drive direct fund raising and AUM mobilization through investor and channel relationships.
Develop and manage partnerships with CPs, IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs.
Present and communicate investment opportunities effectively to investors and channel partners.
Drive investor engagement, retention, and reinvestment opportunities.




Build and expand a strong network within the Mumbai wealth and investment ecosystem.
Work towards revenue and fundraising targets while maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Fund Raising, Investor Relations, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales.
Proven track record of HNI/UHNI fundraising and AUM mobilization.
Solid network across HNI/UHNI, Family Offices, CP, IFA, MFD & RIA segments.
Experience with AIF, PMS, Structured Credit, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Robust understanding of Alternative Investment products and distribution.
Target-oriented with robust commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
