Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
Prepare GST workings and returns, TDS workings, and ensure compliance with other statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and financial records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct stock reconciliations and support inventory audits.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolution of accounting-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in accounting and financial operations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is Mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
