We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Prepare Invoices, record expenses & bills.
Prepare accounts payable and receivable reports.
Reconciliation of Accounts through cloud-based accounting software (ZohoBooks).
Maintaining accounts on a timely basis.
Voucher entry, recording payments, reimbursements.

Skills:
Valuable documentation and bookkeeping skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Valuable spoken and written communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and good analytical skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, PT
Knowledge of ZohoBooks (Preferable).
Knowledge of finance/tax audit (Preferable)
