About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial documentation for our growing food and wellness business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and billing activities.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, credit/debit notes, and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts.
Handle GST-related documentation and support GST filing/compliance.
Reconcile bank statements, customer/vendor accounts and outstanding payments.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing and payments.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase and sales transactions.
Assist with monthly closing, reports, and basic financial analysis.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.




Support the management with regular accounts-related reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts & Billing.
Experience in Food, Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting.
Experience with Tally/accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage work independently.

Pay: ₹10,812.77 - ₹30,565.44 per month
