We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator to join our textile firm in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and basic accounts-related work. Candidates with prior experience in the textile industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accounts and financial data accurately in the system.
Prepare and update invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting records.
Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Verify data and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.
Coordinate with internal teams for required accounting and data-related information.
Perform regular data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Support the accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Requirements
Minimum Graduate qualification.
1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounts/data entry.
Prior experience in a textile firm/industry will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally will be an advantage.
Valuable typing speed and strong attention to detail.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Local Surat candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
