Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend relevant programs.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrolment and onboarding.
Build robust relationships with students throughout the counselling process.

Preferred Candidate Profile
6 months–5 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling.
Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor,



or Inside Sales Executive preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Positive knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.
Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
