Position Overview

Own the end-to-end people strategy and HR operations across engineering, AI, and instructional-delivery hubs. Reporting to the Group CHRO, the role will lead a large, multi-disciplinary HR organisation and serve as a strategic people partner to business and delivery leadership.

This role combines business HR leadership with operational accountability for global HR initiatives and cross-regional teams, shaping how the organisation attracts, develops, and retains high-demand talent at scale across Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business HR & Executive Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior business and delivery leaders on talent strategy, organisation design, and workforce optimisation.
Lead the HRBP function across retention, performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Drive organisation-wide restructuring, expansion, and people initiatives while ensuring consistency in HR practices.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Lead the Talent Acquisition function to attract and hire high-demand technical and domain talent across AI/ML, digital engineering, software, product, and instructional roles.




Build scalable high-volume and niche hiring strategies across India and global markets.
Improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate experience, and employer brand.
Global HR Leadership & Operations
Lead and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary HR organisation spanning TA, HRBP, HR Operations, and related functions.
Drive standardisation, policy execution, and HR initiatives across global entities and delivery locations.
Own HR budgets, HR technology, workforce analytics, and data-driven people insights.

Candidate Profile
18 25 years of HR experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-functional HR teams across TA, HRBP, L&D;, or Operations.
Experience in IT services, EdTech, software product, or global technology environments.
Proven experience reporting to C-suite/CHRO level and partnering with global business leaders.
Experience managing 20+ direct and indirect HR specialists supporting businesses with 2,500+ employees.
Solid track record of scaling talent in AI, digital engineering, cloud, and technology-led environments.
MBA/Post-Graduate degree in HR/IR from a premier institute or equivalent.
