Job Responsibilities

Execute packaging development, scale-up, exhibit batches and commercialization activities for OSD products (Tablets/Capsules).
Plan and conduct commercial packaging trials and line trials for Blister, Alu-Alu, Strip and Bottle packs.
Develop, evaluate and optimize primary and secondary packaging materials and pack configurations.
Establish and optimize packaging machine parameters for commercial batches.
Provide technical support for packaging-related troubleshooting, deviations and investigations.
Support packaging process validation/qualification, technology transfer and change controls.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, R&D;, Regulatory and packaging material vendors.
Prepare/review packaging specifications, BOMs, trial protocols/reports and other GMP documents.
Identify prospects for reduction in packaging rejection, wastage and cost.
Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and applicable regulatory requirements.
