JOB Role – ACCOUNTANT

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Location: Perundurai, Erode
Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
Record and verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Verify daily accounting entries and supporting documents.
Prepare and verify data required for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
Reconcile GST input and output transactions.
Calculate and verify applicable TDS deductions.
Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS.
Maintain TDS deduction records.
Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Verify bank transactions against accounting records.
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
Maintain and reconcile supplier/vendor accounts.
Monitor customer outstanding balances.
Prepare customer outstanding reports.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors

Required Skills :
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good knowledge of bank reconciliation.
Experience in customer and vendor reconciliation.




Good understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Knowledge of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally / Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Valuable knowledge of bank reconciliation.
Experience in customer and vendor reconciliation.
Valuable understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
