We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple business concerns.

Our businesses are engaged in transportation services for oil companies, tanker construction and petrol pump operations.

The ideal candidate should have positive practical knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting, GST, TDS and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime
Pass purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
Maintain cash, bank and ledger accounts
Prepare customer and vendor ledgers
Perform bank reconciliation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Assist with GST and TDS-related work
Prepare outstanding statements
Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents
Maintain records of transportation expenses including diesel, toll, vehicle repair and maintenance
Assist with accounting related to tanker construction
Assist with petrol pump accounting and stock records
Assist in monthly and yearly accounts finalisation
Coordinate with CA/auditor for accounting and statutory requirements




Prepare basic reports and MIS as required by management
Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation

Required Skills
Tally Prime – Mandatory
Good knowledge of basic accounting and debit/credit
Basic knowledge of GST
Basic knowledge of TDS
MS Excel
Bank reconciliation
Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
Purchase and sales accounting
Good numerical and analytical skills

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in transportation, fleet, petrol pump, construction or oil-company-related businesses will be preferred.

B.Com preferred

Willing to learn and take responsibility
Able to handle accounts for multiple firms
Positive communication skills

Freshers with robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting may also be considered. Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
