Role Overview

n

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP WM Lead to manage production support and enhancement activities in a global SAP landscape. The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and Logistics Execution (LE), along with exposure to labeling solutions. Experience with Loftware is a strong advantage.

This role requires working completely from office (no remote/hybrid option).

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead SAP WM support operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
n
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP WM & LE modules.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, inventory).
n
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
n
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP).
n
- Handle service requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
n
- Participate in testing, deployments, and post-go-live support.
n
- Ensure SLA adherence and support governance.
n
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP WM (support projects).
n




- Hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
n
- Strong experience in production support environment (L2/L3).
n
- Deep understanding of warehouse business processes.
n
- Experience with integration across MM, SD, and PP modules.
n
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- WM organization structure, Storage types set up,Put away and Picking strategies, Handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management, Physical inventory process for HUs,
n
- HU transfer postings, packing and re-packing, RF transactions and Que Management, WM integration with MM/SD Intra/Intercompany STO process, WM integration with PP/QM,
n
- WM integration with LE -route determination, Picking and packing through IDOC/Interface with 3PL systems. Background job scheduling and monitoring, WM reports.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

n

n
- Experience with SAP-integrated labeling solutions.
n
- Exposure to Loftware labeling system (highly preferred).
n
- Knowledge of RF / barcode device integration.
n
- Exposure to S/4HANA or Embedded EWM.
n

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be willing to work 5 days from office (Bangalore / Hyderabad).

- Candidates with short notice periods are Preferred
