Job Description:

Role: WMS Developer

n

Skill: WMS Developer

Location: Chennai

We are seeking an experienced WMS Developer with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, system integrations, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting WMS solutions such as Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder (JDA), Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, or other leading warehouse management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, customize, and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Develop and configure inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, and warehouse execution processes.
n
- Build and maintain integrations between WMS, ERP,



TMS, and third-party systems.
n
- Develop interfaces using APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, REST, and Web Services.
n
- Configure and enhance warehouse workflows, rules engines, and automation processes.
n
- Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
n
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
n
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams.
n
- Participate in implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
n

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
n
- Experience with one or more WMS platforms:

- Manhattan WMS
n
- Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS
n
- Oracle WMS
n
- SAP EWM

- Körber WMS
n
- HighJump WMS
n
- Knowledge of warehouse operations:

- Receiving
n
- Put-away
n
- Picking
n
- Packing

- Shipping

- Cycle Counting
n
- Inventory Management
n
- Replenishment
n
- Experience in system integrations and middleware technologies.
n
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
n
- Experience with APIs, REST services, XML, JSON, and EDI transactions.

- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics business processes.
n
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize WMS performance.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Experience with cloud-based WMS solutions.
n
- Exposure to automation technologies such as RFID, barcode scanning, conveyors, and warehouse robotics.
n
- Knowledge of ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
n
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
n
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
