Job Description

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and contemporary AI frameworks , while also providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI applications. Build and optimize RAG pipelines , including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and generation. Develop intelligent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph . Implement AI agent capabilities such as tool/function calling, memory, planning, and orchestration . Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools. Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python and Java . Ensure application reliability through testing, observability, evaluation,



and AI guardrails. Lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices. Required Skills 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG . Proficiency in Python Experience with LangChain, LangGraph , and AI agent frameworks. Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Multithreading, and Design Patterns . Experience building and deploying production-scale AI/LLM applications. Knowledge of Vector Databases , embeddings, and retrieval architectures. Experience with API testing and automation.
