Project Description: /n We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with a robust background in Business Analysis and extensive experience leading parallel Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including prior work as a Product Owner or Proxy PO, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to release within Capital Markets business domain. /n In this role, you will ensure effective Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and facilitate continuous value delivery. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n
Lead, mentor, and support multiple Scrum teams in parallel, ensuring alignment and high delivery performance.

Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups) and drive continuous process improvement.

/n
Serve as the main point of coordination between development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership.

/n
Work closely with Customer Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and act as a Proxy PO when required—providing direction, refining backlogs, and supporting product vision.

Oversee project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies,



ensuring successful delivery across streams.

Use data-driven insights to monitor, optimize, and report on team performance and product delivery health.

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and accountability., develop, and own the end-to-end architecture for digital customer-facing applications.

/n /n /n Mandatory Skills Description: /n /n
8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as Project Manager.

/n
Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

/n
Proven experience delivering enterprise grade projects in Private Equity business domain, with Valuations or Market Risk/Compliance (Capital Markets) understanding.

/n
Robust understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

/n
Experience working as a Product Owner or Proxy PO.

/n
Business Analysis background with solid analytical and requirements-gathering skills.

/n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

/n
People management experience.

/n
Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required).
