Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare and maintain the Balance Sheet, ensuring accurate reporting of the companys assets, liabilities, and shareholders equity.

Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and working capital requirements.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and ledger balances.
Coordinate payroll-related accounting entries and statutory payments.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Verify expenses, purchase bills,



and payment requests according to company policy.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and management reporting.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure records are available for audit.
Lead and guide accounts team members, where applicable.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Valuable understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.
