As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight updates and changes
Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a skilled and timely manner
Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations is a plus
