7.5+ years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions
Robust expertise in data mapping and conversion processes
Hands-on experience configuring and building applications
Good knowledge of ETL processes
Experience leading application development projects
Robust team management and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work as an SME and make technical decisions
Mandatory Workday-related certification
