West Bengal, India. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing excellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates,
and arrival areas - Check and process passengers' travel documents,
including tickets and passports - Handle baggage and cargo,
including loading and unloading from aircraft - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient and timely operations - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a qualified and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
including the airport terminal and surrounding areas - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment -
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -
