Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Karnataka

Experience: 7–15 Years

Role & Responsibilities
Handle General Trade sales across Karnataka.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Recruit, manage and develop Sales Officers.
Appoint current distributors and improve existing DB productivity.
Develop new territories and strengthen secondary sales.
Conduct regular joint market working with the sales team.
Monitor collections, stock movement and distributor performance.
Track competitor activities, pricing and schemes.
Travel extensively across Karnataka.

Preferred Candidate
Solid Karnataka General Trade experience.
Experience in Cosmetics, Hair Colour, Personal Care, FMCG or OTC preferred.




Proven distributor appointment and market-development experience.
Experience managing a field sales team.
Kannada proficiency preferred.
Must be a hands-on market builder, not just a team manager.

Salary: Negotiable + TA/DA + Performance Incentives Joining: Immediate / Short notice preferred

Pay: ₹16,065.57 - ₹58,206.73 per month
