• Responsible of Maintaining of various type of air conditioners units, AHU, Ammonia & Refrigerant Chillers
Overhaul of compressors and pumps
Complete maintenance schedule, leave schedule, monthly invoices
Ordering and control of spare parts. Robust Knowledge of HVAC systems including Ammonia and Refrigerant Chiller
Relevant experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance
Should have experience in Nutrition industry or Pharma Industry and exposure to work on GMP conditions.
Should be pleasing personality and energetic to drive solutions.
Should be able to access current system gaps and resolve issues to stabilize system.
Should have knowledge of ASHRE and SCHAMNA about design and installation of HVAC system
