Overview: We are looking for an Admissions Counselor who can understand a prospective student’s goals, recommend the right course and convert qualified enquiries into admissions This is a target-based admissions and course-sales role. It is not a teaching or clinical position Key Responsibilitieds:
Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and online channels
Conduct telephone, video and in-person counselling sessions
Explain course content, certification, fees, batch schedules and learning outcomes clearly
Recommend the most suitable course based on the candidate’s requirements
Follow up consistently, handle questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into admissions
Maintain an updated lead pipeline and record every interaction in the CRM
Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for demonstrations, workshops, batch scheduling and student onboarding
Represent the institute at CMEs, workshops and educational events when required.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in admissions counselling,



academic counselling, education sales, inside sales or another target-based B2C sales role
Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
Confidence in speaking with doctors, healthcare specialists and other prospective learners
Positive follow-up, objection-handling and closing skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and basic computer tools
Organised, professional and responsible with lead follow-ups Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty education or qualified training will be an advantage. Complete training about our courses will be provided.
