nRole Summary

nThe Architectural Designer supports the development of design concepts, drawings, visualisations, and project coordination for architectural projects. The role contributes to design quality and project delivery.

Produce high-quality design work, demonstrating creative and innovative thinking.
n
Compile well-written text accompanied by suitable images.
n
Show awareness of the design process and project brief, providing support in the delivery of project milestones.
n
Deliver work of good quality in accordance with given instructions.
n
Responsively address feedback and maintain a positive attitude towards work and team activities, fostering collaboration within and across studios.
n
Demonstrate an understanding of the client-practice relationship.
n
Possess self-motivation and efficiently complete work within designated timelines in a multitasking setting.

nRequirements

n

n
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related built‑environment discipline.




n
4–6 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or project coordination.
n
Proficiency in relevant design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
n
Fluent in spoken and written English.
n
Relevant experience and familiarity with the delivery of large-scale projects especially in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad and Mumbai
n
Well-versed in developing architectural visualizations.
n
Robust communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating autonomy when necessary.
n
Display talent in design, supported by a portfolio of projects that showcases creativity and creative thinking.
n
