Roles & Responsibilities
Provide production support for Salesforce applications.
Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Support Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
Execute testing and support deployment activities.
Monitor application performance and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
Prepare documentation, knowledge articles, and support handover documents.
Coordinate with business, QA, and development teams for issue resolution.
