Job Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and plugin development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and providing technical leadership for CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
n
- Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Process Flows.
n
- Create and customize Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse.
n
- Develop integrations using C#, .NET, Web API, REST/SOAP services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
n
- Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
- Develop JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench customizations, and form scripting.
n
- Optimize CRM performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
n
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
n
- Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and best practices.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
n
- Hands-on experience in Plugin Development, Custom Workflow Activities, and C# .NET.
n
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Customization and Configuration.
n
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
n
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
n
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications and APIs.
n
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
n
- Proficiency in SQL Server and FetchXML.
n
- Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
n

Preferred Skills

- Dynamics 365 Certifications.
n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
n
- Knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing modules.
