Requirements:
ITI, diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Freshers and candidates seeking apprenticeship training are encouraged to apply.
Interest in fiber work, crack repair, fiberglass repair, maintance, or related technical work.
Willingness to learn about repair materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
Positive teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.

Experience: No prior experience is required. Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
