: After-Sales Engineer (India, Local Hire) Department: Overseas Marketing & Sales – India (New Energy Inverter) Location: India (local only) Position Type: Full-time, New role 1 Job Summary - We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support staff to handle troubleshooting and customer service for solar inverters and energy storage systems.
The work content is routine and the position is stable. 2 Key Responsibilities - Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systems
Resolve technical issues via remote guidance or in office service
Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configuration
Deliver basic technical training to business partners
Track operating status of equipment and compile regular basic reports




Cooperate with on-site inspection work as required 3 Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
