We’re looking for an execution-focused AI Growth & Automation Specialist to drive lead generation, nurturing and conversions using AI, WhatsApp, Email, CRM and AI-powered calling.

Mumbai-based candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities• Manage AI-powered calling & lead qualification
Execute WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns
Build lead nurturing and reactivation journeys
Manage CRM, lead segmentation & follow-ups
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
Work with automation platforms such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, Mailchimp, SendGrid
Track campaign performance, leads, meetings & conversions
Continuously optimise campaigns and automation workflows

What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years in Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, WhatsApp/Email Marketing, CRM or Marketing Automation
Robust communication and analytical skills
Hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Experience with AI/automation tools is preferred
High-volume lead database experience is a plus
