Evaluate financial health of current and existing clients, perform due diligence, and underwrite loans
Manage the credit portfolio for a specific region, focusing on quality, disbursement, and minimizing Non-Performing Assets
Supervise and mentor a team of credit analysts/approvers, ensuring productive processing and adherence to TAT
Work with sales, operations, legal, and field teams for seamless credit processes and issue resolution
Experience in credit underwriting for LAP, home loans, or mortgages.
Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
Knowledge of affordable segment income assessment (formal + informal income).
Familiarity with property due diligence, legal, and technical aspects.
