Job Title: Assistant Manager – Controller Finance

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Controller Finance with 5+ years of expertise in sales & purchase accounting, receivables control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Receivables & Payables Control:
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and procurement cycles for cost efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation, GST compliance, and taxation accuracy.

Sales & Purchase Operations:
Oversee invoicing, credit control, and revenue tracking.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books and generate reports.

Payroll & Compliance:
Ensure accurate payroll processing,



statutory deductions, and compliance with PF,

ESI, TDS.
Support internal and external audits with proper financial documentation.

Process Optimization & Reporting:
Identify cost-saving prospects and streamline financial workflows.
Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in receivables management, sales & purchase accounting, and payroll.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and financial tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
